"Tom Calvin and Nicole Farley are extremely unprofessional and don't provide the requested coverage they do what they want and are all about the money and screw their customers over. I went through my old insurance agent and got the coverage requested at a lower rate and better customer service and don't have any further issues. Tom Calvin and Nicole Farley requested that I put liability only on my truck and wouldn't give collision and uninsured on the policy and I rolled my truck and they aren't gonna pay for it because they gave they coverage they wanted to provide NOT what I requested, on top of that they told me that commercial insurance was gonna be north of 400 a month for my truck but I'm getting it for 50 dollars a month through Denise Elliots office in Durango. DO NOT USE THEM they refuse to transfer my policy as well and are all about the money. Getting them to answer the phone is near impossible after you request to be transferred and now headquarters is transferring my policy because Tom Calvin's staff refuses to do the requested transfer."

"I started with Tom's state farm agency in 2010. Since then they have been nothing but life saving. It started on June 15, 2013. At that time we lived in black forest area in Colorado springs. We were evacuated due to the fire at that time. Tom and his team took care of us right away. They got us in a hotel all paid and we received updates from his team consistently. At the end of it our house was gone. But thanks to STATE FARM we have a new home and a new start. A new beginning. After that was over they still kept up with me and my family. Even in the summer of 2016 I had extensive hail damage on my vehicles and roof. Again they were on top of it. On top of everything you can trust them. Tom does not have any kind of turn over for employees. They have all been there for years helping people together. There newest employee Nikkie who has been there at least 2 or 3 years is amazing to deal with. I see she will last. And the agency will last, especially when this agency has been strong for 40 years.
